General project questions: ask the #feedback channel on Slack

Technical issues with your project:

• Search the issue online

• Ask members of your team for help

• Ask your student mentor by tagging them in your team channel on Slack

• Ask for help in the #help channel on Slack

Technical issues and questions during workshops:

• Use the #help channel if you have issues with your code - make sure you send a screenshot of your code when you ask for help

• If you have general questions about a workshop, use the chat function in Zoom and one of the organising team will answer in the chat

Other general questions during the programme:

• General questions about the programme, including the project: ask in the #feedback channel on Slack
